I want to start by saying that Taylor’s customer service and the quality of the repair work performed on my 2026 BMW M3 were excellent. The finished repair itself met my expectations, and Taylor was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on resolving issues. Unfortunately, my experience with Stan was the complete opposite and, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The problems began when I asked about the status of a supplemental insurance request. Stan admitted it had never been submitted, claiming he thought he had sent it but blamed a “new email system.” Whatever the reason, the result was the same: my vehicle sat untouched for an additional eight business days because the supplemental request had never been properly submitted. After the insurance approval finally came through, Stan told me the remaining repairs would take approximately two working weeks (about 10 business days). To his credit, he agreed to refinish my front-left wheel because of the delay caused by his mistake. I dropped my vehicle off on June 2 and didn’t receive it back until June 29—nearly four weeks later. After picking up the vehicle, I immediately noticed a

100/10 experience!! I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend coming here for all your car repair needs. Stan was my car therapist and talked me through everything. With this being my first car, I was worried about the process and not knowing enough. He was so kind and patient. He really came through because I was in a pinch. His team did a WONDERFUL job fixing my side mirror. I could not be happier with how efficient, understanding and affordable this repair was. Plus Granny's tacos is next door and thats a plus while youre waiting. dont go anywhere else but here if youre in the austin area

I sadly had to take to trip this amazing body shop since I got T-boned. I have a Nissan Rogue in pearl white, and was considered it wouldn't get fixed properly but Austin Body Shop took care of everything. I did have to go back for a new ding that wasn't there before the crash, but they happily fixed that as well. Staff was willing to help, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I could not have been more pleased and satisfied. The work and service at Austin Body Works were outstanding. They kept me informed and did GREAT work in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for quality body work and paint. They really cared about me and satisfaction. Fantastic value for my time and money.

Austin Body Works did an absolutely outstanding job on my car. From the initial estimate to the final pickup, the whole experience was smooth and professional. The team communicated clearly every step of the way and the repair work was flawless. My car looks better than ever and was ready right on time. It is rare to find an auto body shop you can truly trust, and this is definitely one of them. I will not take my car anywhere else.

Amazing place! Got in a fender bender and it didn't look good. The total repair was pricey, but they said they could make it safe to drive in just a few minutes. Then they popped out the metal, put some bolts in, and the car looked almost as good as new! When I asked them how much, they only asked for $20. I was so blown away I gave them $40. Stan in the office is also a super friendly and easygoing guy, and fun to chat with. Couldn't recommend them enough, don't go anywhere else if you have the bad luck to get in an accident.

I had a great experience at Austin Body Works! As you can see from before and after pictures, my car looks like new after they fixed the damage. I would like to mention that my car is from 2008 and the color is very hard to work with ( white pearl) but they blended it well so you cannot see any difference. Thank you!
